Scope of application of the AGB
dellaemmi shall provide all deliveries and services on the basis of these GTC. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in our e-shop, but not to orders and purchases in our sales premises.
1. Offer and conclusion of contract
My prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) shipping costs are not included in the prices. If shipping costs are charged, they are shown separately when the order is placed. The prices can change at any time without giving reasons. Obviously wrong prices are not binding for the seller.
My e-shop assortment is constantly updated. Nevertheless, there is the possibility that articles, although contained in the e-shop, are no longer available. If an article is no longer available, the customer will be informed by e-mail. Any remaining orders remain valid.
The purchase contract is concluded with the acceptance of the order by dellaemmi.
2. Order and payment
dellaemmi accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay. These may be updated, please check options at checkout.
3. Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Post Pac Standard Shipping Orders and/or destinations outside Switzerland are calculated individually per order. They may depend on weight of the order and the destination of the order. The shipping costs are shown on completion of the order and charged to the customer.
Shipments to destinations outside Switzerland may be subject to customs and value-added tax in the country of destination. dellaemmi has no influence on these costs. These costs shall be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery periods
Deliveries are made from my studio in Birsfelden with the specified delivery time. This is non-binding and calculated in working days from receipt of payment.

In exceptional cases, it is possible that the deadlines stated may be exceeded. I do everything I can to meet the specified deadlines and strive to constantly build up our product warehouse in order to avoid delivery delays. A tracking number will be included in the dispatch email so you can track your parcel.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of dellaemmi until full payment has been received.
6. Goods inspection
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Transport damage must be reported to the post office immediately so that claims can be asserted. Complaints regarding missing or damaged material must be made in writing (email) within 5 business days. The date of the postmark is decisive. After this period, no more complaints will be processed.
Returns are always at the expense of the buyer. Obvious defects in the product must be reported to me in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Provided that the defect is not attributable to culpable conduct on the part of the customer. After this period, I exclude the assertion of warranty claims. I assume no liability for any shipments that have not been received.
dellaemmi shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the products purchased, in particular for improper use. Claims for damages against me due to delivery delays, wrong deliveries, defective goods and consequential damage from the use of the products are excluded, unless there is grossly negligent or willful action. In any case, customers are advised to read the information on the product label or in the enclosed candle care.
8. Data protection / security
dellaemmi stores only the customer data necessary for the business transaction and uses these exclusively for this purpose. All customer data will be treated confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation. dellaemmi does not pass on any data to third parties.
9. Place of jurisdiction
Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Birsfelden.
By submitting an order to dellaemmi, the customer confirms that he has read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions.
